Army Radio!

Finally finished this lil bugger! Texturing was a fiddly task getting references.

Textures: Diffuse, normal, spec and AO maps for both radio units

i have always wanted to know why do you seperate your ambient occlusion? most people put it on the diffuse as a multiply or overlay. nice radio though i like the detail. the radios dials on the small one would look great with a flickering low level emissive map

I dont actually know to be honest! i read on a tutorial somewhere to put it on "self-illumination" slot and ive always done it as that. Should i put it as one thing together with diffuse in "diffuse slot" then for future reference?

Oh yea and ill try out the emissive map on the dials.

btw any problems u have then just tell one of us, especially slaney. cheers.
